Registration Method ;

-  Save this picture and print out the form... Then write the details  

of participants. After bank in the total sum, fax the form to

07-4312705 (call me  016-7051170  when u want to fax) 

-  Bank in the total sum to maybank account and let me know that you have bank in... then, send rider information (name,I/C no, category,shirt size, H/P number) to my email (giantjamboree@gmail.com)

- Fax me the bank slip & rider information to 07-4312705

*Easiest Method*  SMS me( 016-7051170 ) rider information (name,I/C no, category,shirt size, H/P number) after you bank in the sum of money to maybank account

This event is eventually divided into 3 categories ;

Open Category
1st                          : Rm 500 + Medal
2nd             : Rm 300 + Medal
3rd             : Rm 200 + Medal
4rd & 5th   : Rm 100 + Medal
6th - 15th   : Rm   50 + Medal

Junior Category  (18 & below) follow I/C no.
1st             : Rm 200 + Medal
2nd            : Rm 150 + Medal
3rd            : Rm 100 + Medal
4th - 10th  : Rm   50 + Medal

Women/Lady & Veteran(men/women) Category (45 & above) follow I/C no.
1st             : Rm 200 + Medal
2nd             : Rm 150 + Medal
3rd            : Rm 100 + Medal
4th - 10th  : Rm   50 + Medal

Notes : Every riders will get a Finisher medal once they complete 
             cycling the 45km +++ track !!!

Problem section : 
1) If u are born on 12.11.1994 (still at 18 years old), therefore you 
    are allow to join Junior Category.
2) If u are born on  10.11.1994 (19 years old), therefore you can 
     only join Open Category.
3) If u are born on 12.11.1967 (still at 44 years old), therefore you 
    can only join Open Category.
4) If u are born on 10.11.1967 (45 years old), therefore you are 
    allow to join Veteran Category.
